Cleveland Independent School District is pleased to announce that the Board of Trustees has officially approved the 2026–2027 Academic Calendar (Option 1).
The approval follows a districtwide feedback process that invited parents, staff, students, and community members to share input on calendar options. Cleveland ISD leaders emphasized the importance of community voice in shaping decisions that impact family schedules, instructional planning, and student success.
“We are grateful to everyone who took time to participate in the calendar feedback process,” said district leadership. “Your voices truly helped guide the Board’s final decision and ensure the calendar reflects the needs of our community.”
The approved calendar outlines key instructional days, holidays, staff development days, and student breaks for the 2026–2027 school year. Families and staff are encouraged to review the calendar early to support planning for the upcoming year.
