On Tuesday December 5th, we had two culinary teams participate in the Taste of ProStart Houston. Team B placed in the top 4 and will prepare their dish at the Taste of Champions on Sunday January 7th at Minute Maid Park. They will be serving cheddar jalapeno cornbread with pork belly burnt ends with hot honey. Team A did not place, however they will have the opportunity to work alongside some of Houston's most prestigious chefs at the Taste of Champions. The students are very excited for both opportunities and represented CISD very well.
