Public Information Act Requests
The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is dedicated to educating the public and governmental bodies of their rights and responsibilities under the Public Information Act (PIA). You have the right to make a public Information request of Cleveland ISD. All public information requests must be made in writing. The district's public information coordinator is Dr. Tonya Clark.
Note that Cleveland ISD's regular business hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays. Per Texas Attorney General Opinion OR-2014-13943 (2014), WL 4693043, requests received after the close of business will be considered received as of the next business day*.

If you are unable to submit a request using our online system, a written request should reasonably identify the records needed and should indicate a mailing address, phone number, or other means to contact the requestor.
