New Student Registration

New Student Registration for the 2023-2024 School Year is now OPEN for ALL GRADES!

A student is NEW to Cleveland ISD if:

a student has never attended a school in Cleveland ISD; OR
a student had previously attended a school in Cleveland ISD but withdrew before the school year ended and needs to re-enroll.

Step 2

Upload Required Documents

Fill out the online application and upload required documents listed below into the Family Portal.

Proof of Residency (lease agreement or current utility bill (gas, water, or electric in parent/guardian’s name and address))
Birth Certificate of student or other legal proof of identity
Social Security Card of student
Immunization Record of student
Identification document of parent/guardian enrolling the student
Report card or withdrawal form from previous school
Military ID or foster care paperwork, if applicable

Step 3

Contact School Registrar

After completing the required steps in the Family Enrollment Portal, please contact the school’s registrar to complete enrollment procedures.

Step 4

Create a Home Access Center Account

Parent/guardians of new students will be able to create a Home Access Center Account for the 2023-24 school year starting July 1, 2023.

To create a HAC account, you must be designated as the student’s guardian and have a current email address on file.

Once your student's enrollment is verified by the campus Registrar, set up a Home Access Center (HAC) account. This account will allow you to monitor and view your student's academic progress, schedule, grades, attendance and more.

Please contact your student's campus Registrar if you need assistance creating a Home Access Center account.

Annual Verification of Student Registration

Annual Update for School Year 2023-2024 is now OPEN!

2023-2024 Returning Student Registration Links:

Annual verification of student registration for the school year 2023-2024 is required for all returning students.

A student returning to the Cleveland ISD family is any student who was actively enrolled on the last day of the 2022-2023 school year at any Cleveland ISD campus.

Cleveland ISD asks parents/guardians of returning students to complete an annual verification of student registration to verify contact information and review annual agreements and policy updates.

You will be prompted to enter your student's snapcode to proceed with the annual verification form. You will receive a separate snapcode for each child enrolled with Cleveland ISD.

Snapcodes will be emailed to the parent/guardian email address on file for the student. If you have not received a snapcode for your student, please contact the campus registration office for assistance.
