Mission

Stacy Pierson

S.B. (Stacy) Pierson has numerous years in education. The first 14 years of his career were spent as a classroom teacher and coach, then promoted to Head Football Coach in 2013. The second half of his career was spent in educational leadership mostly with a focus in school operations. His various roles have included junior level campus administrator, district level junior leadership to district executive level leadership with his most recent position as the Assistant Superintendent of Administration and Operations in the Wharton Independent School District. He has 2 successful bond referendum passages under his leadership that led to the construction/renovation of numerous facilities. Mr. Pierson is a graduate of  Angelo State University with a degree in education, and The University of Texas @ Arlington with a graduate degree in Educational Leadership and policy studies and currently holds a Superintendent Certificate.

Mr. Cox has worked in education for 14 years, with all of that time in Transportation. Cody’s numerous roles in Transportation include; Driver, Router, Dispatcher, Coordinator, Assistant Director and Director. He has supervised construction, custodial, grounds, IPM and Maintenance. Mr. Cox is a certified pupil transportation official within the state of Texas and is a certified school bus driver trainer from Texas A&M University.

Lacy Willey

Ms. Willey is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She has been in food service for over 16 years. First as a Clinical Nutrition Manager in the hospital setting, then she transitioned to school food in 2012 as Menu Planner and Supervisor for Dickinson ISD. Lacy is a nationally certified Specialist in School Nutrition and while at Dickinson, implemented the Farm Fresh Program and was recognized as "Best of the Bunch" for 5 years in a row. In addition, she achieved the Gold Award of Distinction for Healthier US Schools recognition for the district. Ms. Willey is a champion for wellness and helped steer the district wellness policy to one of the strongest in the state. Lacy is currently serving her fourth year as the Education Chair for the Texas Association for School Nutrition. Ms. Willey is a Texas State Alum and received her graduate degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Houston - Clear Lake.  She has a heart for service and feeding future Texans. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and volunteering on a Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Committee.

Tim Hoey

Mr. Hoey has 27 years of experience in education. He taught for 7 years in Galena Park ISD before moving on to Dayton ISD. While in Dayton ISD, Tim served as Assistant Principal and Principal of various campuses, with one campus earning Exemplary rating by TEA under his supervision. In the summer of 2009, Tim moved to Cleveland ISD as the Principal of Eastside Elementary School. During his 3 plus years as Principal at Eastside, the campus received Gold Performance acknowledgments from TEA for improvement in Reading and Math. In the fall of 2012 Mr. Hoey was promoted to Coordinator of Health & Safety for CISD and remains in that position today. Mr. Hoey is responsible for the SHAC, textbooks, class link, Vector on-line training, civil rights report, and other administrative processes in the ancillary services area.

Lacy Green

Ms. Green has been a nurse for 23 years. She graduated with her Associates Degree in 2001 from North Harris and completed her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2018 with a President's Honors Distinction. A majority of her background is in Neonatal ICU, so she has probably already taken care of many of the students in the school district. She also has been a Case Manager for Adult and Pediatric Hospice. This is her third year with Cleveland ISD. Before becoming the Coordinator of Health and Nursing Services, she was the RN at Cleveland Middle School. She is a member of the Texas School Nurses Organization and the National Association of School Nurses. She is a Stop the Bleed Instructor and BLS/First Aid Instructor. She is currently working towards becoming a Nationally Certified School Nurse. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 19 years and their 4 children.

Priscilla Chorman

Ms. Chorman has been with the Cleveland ISD for 11 years. She began her career as a campus custodian and quickly promoted to Campus Lead Custodian at Eastside Elementary. In 2019, Ms. Chorman was promoted to District Custodial Supervisor where she works daily to support her fellow custodians and share her wealth of knowledge in custodial operations. Ms. Chorman is currently attending Lonestar College to obtain a Business Management Degree. Prior to working in Cleveland ISD, Ms. Chorman was a local business owner and President of Cleveland Window Cleaning.

Susie Little

Ms. Little is in her 3rd year with Cleveland ISD.  Prior to working for Cleveland, she spent 16 years at Splendora ISD. In 2003 she began her journey in the school cafeteria setting in order to have a work/life balance with her two young sons.  After working in the cafeteria, she was promoted to Assistant Manager at Splendora Junior High and within 1 year was promoted again to Manager. While in Splendora ISD Susie received Employee of the Year two times. Recently, for SY 2020-2021, she was named Nutrition Employee of the Year for Cleveland ISD.  Susie is a 2021 recipient of the TASN (Texas Association of School Nutrition) Administrative Academy scholarship which is assisting her to further her knowledge and skills of the administrative content of our complex school nutrition rules and regulations. Ms. Little’s goal is to be a school nutrition leader and grow each employee to be the best in school food service!

Marisa Stalter

Mrs. Marisa Stalter has worked in the food service industry for 23 years and 13 of those for Child Nutrition in Spring ISD. She started as a Food Preparation Specialist in August 2009. She has had many opportunities to work in different areas of the Child Nutrition department. She has experience as Child Nutrition Cafeteria Manager, Receptionist, Personnel Clerk, Child Nutrition Department Trainer, and Area Supervisor. She was recognized by the Texas Association for School Nutrition for Outstanding Nutrition Education at Multiple Sites for the School year 2015-2016. Marisa is ServSafe Certified. She has taught Safety and Sanitation classes for Spring ISD School Nutrition for 4 years. She attended the Texas Association for School Nutrition Administrative Academy in June 2020 and became Level 5 Certified. Marisa loves feeding students healthy and nutritious meals and helping others achieve their goals.
