Cleveland ISD Maintenance Department is responsible for maintenance of all school buildings in the district; energy management and sustainability, plumbing and electrical services, custodial services and operations, HVAC services, grounds maintenance, security maintenance, and so much more. Led by Department Leader Gerald Lee, our dedicated staff of custodians, groundskeepers, plumbers, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and general maintenance specialists work hard every single day to provide a safe and clean environment for both students and staff, and strive for excellence in both customer service and speedy response time.
