The Cleveland ISD Compensation Package is designed to ensure each component of our program promotes an atmosphere that attracts, motivates and retains high performing employees. Cleveland ISD offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes:

  • Competitive starting salary of $59,000 for the 2022-2023 school year
  • Fully paid basic life insurance
  • Medical plan administered through the Teacher Retirement System of Texas
  • Stipends for difficult to fill positions
  • Recruitment incentives for teachers who fill positions that are historically more difficult to staff
