Hello,

My name is R. B. Johnson, and welcome to my website.  This year I am teaching third grade RtI math instruction.  That means I will be pulling small groups of students that have been identified as needing additional instruction.  I will be giving extra support in the areas that have been taught in the classroom.  Students are able to work at their own pace and on individual needs.  We use many manipulatives, games and activities to make learning enjoyable.  

I am also teaching second and third grade gifted and talented.  These are also small groups that I will work with two days a week.  We will be involved in extension activites of classroom curriculum, research, projects and plays.

I have been a teacher in Cleveland and at Northside for many years.  During my teaching career I have been a speech therapist, deaf education teacher, diagnostician, special education teacher and classroom teacher.  I know we will have a wonderful year and enjoy becoming marvelous mathematicians and awesome authors.
