Welcome to ART

I would like to inform you of a great opportunity for your student to earn extra credit each week in Art.  I have been talking to all students about community responsibility and what types of things we can do to help others and give back to the community in which we live.  One of the things we have discussed is donating food items to our community Food Pantry.

I will be giving 20 pts/per week of EXTRA CREDIT on their warm-ups, when your student brings in 1 item to donate.  Each week I will then take all of our collected food items to the Operation Refuge Food Pantry.

Food Item rules:

Must be unopened

Must not be expired

Non-perishable (items that do not spoil)

Examples: canned goods, boxed foods, all pasta types, sugar, flour cereal, spices, etc.

Thank you in advance for allowing your student to donate food items for extra credit.

Please remember that participation is NOT Required, it is only for Extra Credit!!!
